I stayed here for 4 nights and was given the room on the terrace. Amazing view, warm hospitality and great ambience. The host Sunil Ji is very helpful and will make you feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

The space is really good for travellers (upto groups of 10-15) and a great space for families as well. The property is situated in an area that has the airport, railway station and hospital at a distance of 2kms only. Meal service is also available at a very decent price from the Host’s side. Aspects like air conditioning, kitchen amenities and internet are available. The property is managed by a good host who is prompt in facilitating all the necessary services required during a stay.
amazing house! family of angels! very friendly! I was there for 3 days, wonderful room, energy like home. Sunil helped me on the last day, a street dog with a big skin problem. my pills ran out, there was very little time, I needed to pack my things on the train, I asked him to go buy a pill for this dog, and he didnât refuse, he went and found it! It was unrealistically cool! Shiva and Ganesha will bless him! I’m delighted with this place!
The homestay is very close to the Airport (1.2 km only). Rooms are spacious. The host is very helpful and friendly. He takes care of every requirements of the guests. All kitchen amenities are also available. Overall we have enjoyed our stay there. I highly recommend for people to have a stay there.
Owner Sunil bhai is a warm host and he ensures the safety and comfort during the stay.

This place is very close to railway station and airport. A very good stay, owner is really humble and nice. He will help you even if you face a minor inconvenience. If you are looking for a place which is near to major tourist destinations just close your eyes and book this.
I stayed here with family for 1 day and the homestay is good and neatly maintained with a small kitchen. It is close to the old town, airport and railway station and the owner Sunil ji is a really good person. He has also helped us in arranging a car for konark-puri sightseeing at a reasonable cost. Good value for money.
Had a great time during my stay. The owner is extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The interior, kitchen location, view from upstairs, hospitality, price and almost everything were great.The worst thing about room would be, it was not available for few more days or else we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful experience of staying here. Spacious room with kitchenette, ideal when you are travelling with toddler or senior family members, beautiful terrace is an additional benefit. Mr Sunil, the owner, is a very helpful and courteous person. Will recommend all.
The owner was really kind and helpful to make our stay easy and comfortable for 2 days. We had experience of both the rooms of ac as well as non AC. The resources were provided on time as we wanted and he also adjusted room for us at last minute for our extended one day stay. Shops to buy stuffs are also easily and closely available.Would highly recommend it.
I had a wonderful stay here with Sunil ji.He was helpful and kind. He provided me with all the information to guide through the city. The room was spacious, hygienic and comfortable. The facility of kitchen came in real handy. Also, it location is best as it was located near to my office, airport and station.
I stayed at Pravuprasad Homestay for two nights and I had a wonderful experience. The host, Sunil, was very friendly and helpful. He welcomed me with a warm smile and showed me around the property. The homestay is located in a quiet and green area, close to the airport and railway station. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. It had a comfortable bed, a TV, a fan, and an attached bathroom with hot and cold water. The room also had a balcony where I could enjoy the city view and the fresh air. The kitchen was equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, and utensils. I could cook my own meals or order food from nearby restaurants. The homestay also had a garden and a terrace where I could relax and unwind.
The property is located very near to railway as well as airport. Owner are good people with very friendly demeanour. Rooms are ok just like somebody’s home. Dnt expect hotel like service but a homely environment.
