Terms & Conditions - Pravuprasad Homestay

These terms and conditions govern your stay at Pravuprasad Homestay. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment or an agreed-upon advance amount. A booking confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of payment.
Payment Methods: We accept cash and other digital payment methods as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days of the check-in date will result in a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the event of a “no-show” (if you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date), the full amount of the booking will be forfeited.

Check-In Time: Our standard check-in time is 10:00 AM. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Check-Out Time: Our standard check-out time is 9:00 AM. A late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and an additional charge.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Please contact the host in advance to request an early check-in or late check-out. These requests are not guaranteed and are dependent on room availability.

Occupancy: The number of guests staying in a room must not exceed the maximum occupancy limit specified at the time of booking. Any additional guests must be approved by the host and may incur extra charges.
Visitors: Visitors are not permitted inside the rooms. All meetings with non-staying individuals should take place in the common areas or outside the property.
Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.

Behavior: Guests are expected to maintain a polite and respectable demeanor. Loud music, shouting, or any behavior that disturbs the peace of other guests or neighbors is strictly prohibited.
Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas. Alcohol consumption is permitted in designated areas only.
Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage to the homestay property, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, and linens. The cost of repairing or replacing damaged items will be charged to the guest.
Illegal Activities: Any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to the use of illegal substances, is strictly prohibited on the premises. Such activities will be reported to the authorities.

Personal Belongings: Pravuprasad Homestay is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings, including valuables, cash, and electronics. Please ensure your valuables are kept secure at all times.
Security: While CCTV surveillance is in operation for security, guests are responsible for their own safety and security while on the property.
Injuries: The homestay is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises.

By making a reservation and staying at Pravuprasad Homestay, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
